2 Ways Royal Video Poker

2 Ways Royal Video Slots2 Ways Royal Video Poker is an absolute triumph as it is very exciting, easy and entertaining to play - definitely one of the best video poker games from Playtech.

The objective of 2 Ways Royal Video Poker is to make the best five-card poker hand possible as per the game's pay table. So, like in regular poker and in all other online video poker games, it follows that the better your hand, the better your payout will be!

With every hand you are dealt, you are given the choice to keep or replace any or all of your five cards in order to try and make a better hand.

Best Winning Hands

In 2 Ways Royal Video Poker, there are two hands you should aim for to maximise your winnings - a Lo Royal Flush which comprises 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 of the same suit, and a Hi Royal Flush, which comprises 10, J, Q, K, A of the same suit.

When starting a new hand, simply choose the value of the coins you wish to wager, from 'Bet One' to 'Bet Max'. Obviously the higher your wager, the higher your winnings will be. However, we would recommend that you choose a coin size and bet size to best suit your budget.

Keep or Discard Cards

Once you've chosen a wager, click 'Deal' to deal your cards. Once your cards have been dealt, you can choose which cards to keep and which to discard.

And here's where 2 Ways Royal Video Poker really gets exciting, because if you make a winning hand, you have the option to double up on your winnings!

Double Your Winnings

If you click 'Collect', your winnings will be credited to your account and a new hand will begin. However, if you click 'Double' you'll be dealt four cards face down and be given the opportunity to select one of them.

If your selected card is higher than the dealer's chosen card, you'll double up and once again be given the choice to collect or double up again and so on.

Should your card be the same as the dealer's card, it is counted as a tie and you'll be left with your original winnings and the choice to collect or double up once again.

And if your card is lower than the dealer's card, his luck in that hand was obviously greater than yours, and you'll lose your winnings, ready for a new hand.

Half Double

Of course, if you don't want to risk all your winnings to double up, you can also choose to 'Half Double' which means you'll only wager half of your winnings, with the same rules applicable as above.

(Note that most online video poker games have set a limit to the amount of money you can double up to.)

And that folks is just how easy it is to play 2 Ways Royal Video Poker!

Play 2 Ways Royal Video Poker today at African Palace Casino.
